I have a patient with lichen planus, presenting with markedly dry oral mucosa and multiple lesions. I performed a biopsy, and she continued using the product during the postoperative period. She reported excellent tolerance, noting that her mouth felt velvety, without any burning sensation, and experienced significant comfort. She was so satisfied that she even rationed the product to make it last longer. According to her, her oral mucosa looked and felt perfect, suggesting a noteworthy correlation between the product and lichen planus management.

I often get hormone-induced canker sores that require specially compounded oral rinses by my pharmacist, which include strong steroids. Your BEAM oral rinse has minimal effect on the pain and healing for my mouth sores. However, your new oral gel is quite effective. Upon contact and within minutes, a current sore (canker sore 1) went from a pain level of 9-10 to a 1 (out of 10 scale). I used your gel about 2-3 times a day and it provided hours of lasting relief each time. That particular canker sore did not seem to heal any faster. However, I tried the oral gel on another developing sore (canker sore 2) and not only did it seem to nip the pain immediately, it did not progress and get larger. This is quite a miracle as even my specially-compounded oral rinse cannot stop canker sore progression, only the pain management of it.

I have continued to use and love your BEAM oral rinse for my canker sores. However, upon use of the gel upon a canker sore in my lower right gumline, it immediately dropped the pain level from a 7 to a 1 with a few minutes and continued efficacy overnight. The next morning, I noticed that my sore decreased in size already. This oral gel is extremely effective.
